Our online flagship store is fully operational 24/7. All of our products are not mass produced, only made when you place an order and take a certain amount of time to process the order, order time depends largely on quantity in your order (order time will be clearly stated in the successful order confirmation email or message us directly via Instagram to be notified of exact order time), please wait 12 -18 business days to process your order. Delivery times by UPS, DHL or FEDEX may also be longer than usual. Our commitment to you is to maintain a seamless customer experience, so we will let you know if there are any changes to estimated shipping times.
UPS: Delivery within 3-5 days.

DHL/FEDEX: 5-7 days.

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. We cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.

Orders are shipped for free worldwide, except for import costs (import costs for each country are different, we cannot influence or interfere with this cost), some countries with or without import costs.


1.  Select the item you wish to purchase.

2. On the product page, select the preferred color and size from the available options. Add the item to the shopping bag.

3. Once you are finished shopping, proceed to the shopping bag and check out. You may sign into your account to check out or choose guest checkout.

4. The contents of the shopping bag can be viewed at any time by clicking the  shopping bag, which appears at the top right corner of each page on figi-atelier.com. You may edit/delete some or all of the products in the shopping bag at any time by clicking on “view bag” or “remove” in the shopping bag.

5. Enter your shipping and billing details. 


6.  At the end of the order process and before payment, you will receive a summary of the products ordered together with details of any delivery costs and applicable taxes. At this point you may either confirm or change the order. Once the required order information is completed, you will be directed to the “Confirm Order” page to finalize the order and choose “Place Your Order” to complete the process. If you are using Paypal as the payment method, you will be routed to the Paypal site to complete your order.

7. Once payment has been made, an email summarizing the order and acknowledging receipt will be sent immediately to the email address provided.


We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (wrong size ordered or return for dislike) unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at figistudios.hcm@gmail.com with detailed product and defect information. Please think and choose the correct size before ordering or message us directly via Instagram for suitable size advice.

If you order the wrong size, please contact us for size advice and assistance in changing to another size. However, you must pay for return shipping costs including the shipping fee to return the package to us and the shipping cost for an order with the new size to be exchanged.

If an item received is classified as defective and damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Only full-price, unworn and unwashed items with full tags may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. You can only receive the refund via Paypal in case the purchased items have manufacturing issues. For other cases, the refunds for purchases made are eligible for exchange for store credits only. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable. Your account will be credited the store credits or refund within 5-10 business days of receipt, less shipping charges.

Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer’s processing time.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.

Exchanges are only available for the same style in a different size or color. In case of exchanges, customers are responsible for the incurred charges, including taxes and shipping fees


Prices of goods are quoted in US dollars, excluding taxes and customs.

All applicable duties will be the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately local taxes and customs depend on your location, we cannot estimate how much. 

FIGI is not responsible for any cost action, customs duties or customs delays over which it has no control. 


Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent with your order tracking number to check your delivery status. 

All orders are shipped via DHL, UPS or FEDEX and are fully traceable on their website. You can always contact them if you have questions regarding your shipment.
